10/10 New family buisness. Daniel has excellent communication skills and promptly responded to my quote request. He wasn't afraid to ask for more information before committing to the job. Arrived 10 mins prior with proper equipment and we quickly finished loading his trailer earlier than anticipated. Great banter and jokes along the way. The "Other Guy" was really helpful too, I think it might have been his first day, but I'd keep him around.
Great business, great guys, good humor.
Will recommend and use their services again.

Decided that I had accumulated a lot of things in my basement that I just didn't need or want anymore. 7 years worth! Turned out to be quite a lot. I called Soddy's Property Services and booked a time. I'm always a little apprehensive when I try a new service, because I've had some pretty bad results before - but Wow! Daniel called to let me know he was on the way and he showed up on time to the minute. He was polite, professional and totally great at his work. And his pricing was very reasonable. I will definitely be using Snoddy's Property Services again and I highly recommend his work!
